Hi everybody,

You'll be pleased to know that the first official social of this term has been arranged for this coming Tuesday night at the Urban Surfer Bar in Cathedral Green. This cool, relaxed bar also has a terrace that backs out on to the green and we have rented the entire place for the evening. As well as having a laugh and building up to Arena/Warehouse, we want to use the event to officially open nominations for elections. Anyone of you can stand for election; first and foremost, we're looking for a Deputy President, a Press Officer, and a Social Secretary. However, there is nothing stopping you from standing against an existing committee member. So come along to the social at 7.30pm on Tuesday night - it promises to be a really good night with good drinks promotions and a cool setting.
