On the 6th December we held our Winter Ball at the prestigious Southgate Hotel. The evening was a huge success. Mark Clarke spoke to us about the future of the Party, and after dinner we heard from Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones who gave us a very entertaining explanation of how he ended up as a Tory A List PPC.

We also had some friends from the City Council joining us for the evening, and all in all we had 65 people for a sit down meal and dancing. When our band finally stopped playing the majority of us headed to Riva, and then those of us that were still standing went back with Mark to the hotel where we kept the bar open until 3am... It was a great way to cement the success that we've enjoyed in the first term. Here's to 2007!
