As advertised, the committee elections were held last Thursday (13th March) for 2008-09 with some excellent speeches, and after a number of positions being contested, the following were successful in the ballot: Chairman: Daniel Ericsson Deputy Chairman: Ben Corbridge General Secretary: Tim Jenkins Treasurer: Tom Putney Press Officer: Simon Horswell Campaigns Officer: Andy Glover Social Secretary: Tarasyn Whitehead-Patey Freshers' Rep: Sophie Kelk After the ballot and results, we all headed down to Exeshed cocktail bar in Princesshay, Exeter for a social and of course, some cheap cocktails! It was an excellent evening, and here's to a bright future and continued successes under this new committee. Many thanks to all those who attended.
